Travel Training Guidelines and Fees

2-Days of on-site training: $1500, plus Travel Expenses
3+ Days of on-site training: Please call us at 623-939-8708

Training
Training will consist of the items on the training list provided, unless prior arrangements are made for specialized training. If travel schedules need to be adjusted (due to unfortunate weather); any additional travel costs must be picked up by the client.

Request for job assistance instead of training
If a job is being requested instead of standard training, then the fees above will still be applied plus an additional fee of HALF the total price of the job.

Travel Expenses

• Round-trip Airline ticket - All flight schedules will be agreed upon by both parties prior to travel.
• Transportation to/from Airport - expenses for public transportation, or applicable mileage at standard I.R.S. mileage rates (as of 2007, $.485/Mile. See IRS publication 463)
  
• Airport parking and other airport fees
• Car Rental and Fuel
  
• Food - instructor meals, including tips (not to exceed 20%)
• Lodging - client will be responsible for making the reservation and payment.  Lodging accommodation must be agreed upon by both parties prior to travel.
