Travel Training Guidelines and Fees
Flat daily rate for training: $675
Training:
Training will consist of the items on the training list provided unless special requests are made needing to improvise. If travel schedules need to be adjusted (due to unfortunate weather); any additional travel costs must be picked up by the client.
Request for job assistance instead of training
If a job is being requested instead of standard training, then the fees above will still be applied plus an additional fee of HALF the total price of the job.
Travel Expenses:
Round trip Airline ticket
Client will be responsible for the purchase of Airline ticket prior to the travel date. All flight schedules will be agreed upon by both parties prior to travel.
Mileage
Client will be responsible for mileage to and from the airport. Mileage rates may vary due to gas pricing (March, 2006 - Mileage rate = 0.48 cents per mile).
Airport parking fees
Client will be responsible for Airport parking fees.
Car Rental and Gas
Client will be responsible for Airport parking fees.
Travel by Personal Vehicle
Client will be responsible for mileage to and from Atlanta and any mileage done while on the job. Mileage rates may vary due to gas pricing (March, 2006 - Mileage rate = 0.48 cents per mile).
Food
Unless meals are provided, a daily per Diem will be added and not to exceed $45.00 per day. Tips will be included in the meal allowance and will not exceed 20%.
Lodging
If lodging is needed, the client will be responsible for making the reservation and payment. Lodging accommodation must be agreed upon by both parties prior to travel.
Note: Mileage rate includes fuel costs.
